Mr. Yung had been working in the profession of information technology before he joined the
legal profession. He obtained the bachelor degree in science and master of philosophy degree in
computer science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduation from the Chinese
University of Hong Kong, Mr. Yung participated in various projects including development of databases,
expert systems and online applications.
At the same time, Mr. Yung pursued his legal study as a part time student and obtained his
L.L.B from London University. After being admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong, Mr. Yung
acquired valuable experience from a wide range of legal practice.
Mr. Yung is experienced in civil litigation, and his practice areas include but not limited to
employee compensation/personal injury claims, commercial litigations, land disputes,
matrimonial cases etc.
Moreover Mr. Yung is also experienced in commercial and corporate practice.
He participated in the initial public offering (IPO) of many listed companies in Hong Kong,
merger and acquisitions of various private or listed companies, corporate restructuring and
compliance matters.
